At WallDec, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy and a hassle-free refund process.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unaltered, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@walldec.co.uk or call us on 012794 90193 within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details. -
Return Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. -
Return Shipment
Prepare your product securely to avoid any damage during transportation.-
Acoustic Panels: Return shipping cost is £25 per package.

Stone Effect Panels: Due to their large box size, couriers charge extra. Return shipping cost is £15 per package.
- 120 x60 Marble Panels: Due to their large box size, couriers charge extra. Return shipping cost is £15 per package.

244 x122 Marble Panels: These require extra handling and care. Return shipping cost is £50 per package, and the return process may take 3 to 4 weeks.
You may use your preferred shipping carrier, but we recommend using a trackable and insured service. If you'd like us to provide a return label, the corresponding return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers may also choose to arrange and cover their own return shipping if they prefer.

Refund
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, using the original method of payment.
Note:
If you are returning multiple packages, please contact us beforehand, as color variation may occur due to different production batches.
