• To ensure careful and damage-free transport, all deliveries are carried out using our own vehicles.

• Due to the large size and delicate nature of the panels, courier or third-party shipping companies are not used.

• Delivery schedules depend on our planned delivery routes across the UK.

• Monthly Delivery Pattern: Deliveries are typically made on the last weekend of the current month.
  For example, December deliveries are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, 28–29 December.

• Self-Collection Option: Customers may collect their order on the same day from our premises.

Important Delivery Notice

We receive orders from customers across the UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales.
However, as deliveries are carried out exclusively using our own vehicles and routes, delivery to some locations may not always be possible.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order without prior consultation if delivery cannot be accommodated logistically.
Any cancelled orders will, of course, be fully refunded.
